Curtis Hill Estate Senior Living is a Washington State licensed Adult Family Home providing personalized, around-the-clock care in a beautiful and peaceful setting in Chehalis, Washington. With a licensed capacity of just six residents, our small-home environment allows us to focus on each individual and provide attentive care while creating a true sense of home and community. Our home sits on nearly five acres, offering residents a quiet country setting with beautiful views, comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature. We believe senior living should feel like home—not an institution. Residents are encouraged to enjoy familiar routines, home-cooked meals, activities, celebrations, visits from family and friends, and meaningful interaction with caregivers and one another. We provide assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, dementia and memory care, and support for residents receiving hospice services. We work closely with families, healthcare providers, hospice teams, and other professionals involved in each resident’s care. At Curtis Hill Estate, families can expect communication, collaboration, and an individualized approach to care. Our caregivers are available 24 hours a day, and our goal is to support each resident’s dignity, independence, comfort, preferences, and quality of life. Family involvement is always welcomed and encouraged. Whether joining us for a meal, visiting for an afternoon, celebrating a birthday or holiday, or simply spending time together, we want families to continue being an important part of their loved one’s life. At Curtis Hill Estate, we believe exceptional senior care starts with knowing the person—not just their care needs.
