Available only for an approved, verified home.
$79/month per home. Renews automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Payments already processed are non-refundable, except where required by law or for confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges. Professional features remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
What paying does and does not do
- This is a directory, not a matching service
- We list provider-published information. We do not match, refer, recommend, screen, or place families with providers, and we never take a referral fee, commission, or per-lead fee.
- Families contact providers directly
- There is no inquiry form and nothing is forwarded on your behalf. Every listing shows the provider's own phone number, email, or website so families can reach out directly.
- Fees are fixed, never contingent on outcomes
- The Professional Listing is a flat monthly fee. It is never tied to inquiries, contacts, or any other outcome.
- Paying never buys verification, approval, or rank
- License verification, listing approval, and organic search rank are identical for every listing regardless of tier. A Professional Listing only unlocks more profile capacity and anonymous analytics.
