Provider Terms of Use

Residential Care Network is a self-service informational directory where residential-care providers publish and manage their own business listings. Visitors browse listings, use objective search filters, and contact providers directly.

The platform is not a care provider, placement agency, broker, referral service, or care advisor. It does not match visitors to homes, recommend a home, or take part in admissions decisions.

Content on the platform is informational. It is not care, medical, legal, financial, or placement advice. Visitors should independently evaluate each home and verify licensing, services, and pricing directly with the provider and with the relevant state agency.

A provider creates and manages its own listing and certifies that it is authorized to represent the home it lists.

Providers are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and for all activity under their account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to the support mailbox below.

The provider is responsible for everything it submits: descriptions, public phone number, email, website, photos, services, amenities, payment information, availability, rates, licensing details, and any care-related claims.

The provider must keep its public contact information and availability current.

The provider must hold the rights to any content and images it uploads. Any image that identifies a resident requires proper authorization from that resident or their representative before it is uploaded.

The provider agrees not to upload resident medical records, diagnoses, medication information, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Before a home is published, an administrator confirms the licensing record and that the submitting account is authorized to represent the home. Homes are not published automatically when a form is complete.

Verification is performed by an administrator against official state records. It is not available for purchase at any price.

Listings, photos, and posts may be reviewed before or after publication and may be rejected, suspended, archived, or removed if they are inaccurate, misleading, unsupported, unsafe, duplicative, infringing, unlawful, or against policy.

Moderation is a content-quality safeguard, not an independent guarantee that every claim in a listing is accurate. Providers remain responsible for what they publish.

Material changes to an approved listing may return it to review while the previously published version remains visible.

Basic Directory Listing is free. It includes a published profile, up to 5 approved public photos, up to 2 moderated posts per calendar month, availability status, and direct phone, email, and website contact.

No payment information is required for a Basic listing.

Professional Listing is an optional paid subscription at $79 USD per home per month, available for an approved and verified home.

It increases the photo allowance to 25 approved public photos, removes the monthly post limit, expands the profile presentation, and adds anonymous analytics.

The subscription renews automatically each month until it is canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

A provider may cancel a Professional Listing at any time from the provider dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and the home returns to Basic at that time. Cancellation does not remove the Basic listing.

Payments already processed are non-refundable, except where required by law or for confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges.

A provider may separately request that its listing be deactivated at any time.

Payment does not buy verification, approval, endorsement, recommendation, or organic search ranking. Fees purchase directory publication, software tools, and advertising presentation only.

Fees are fixed and are not contingent on referrals, contacts, tours, admissions, rent, or move-ins.

The platform does not guarantee any level of traffic, contacts, calls, occupancy, or revenue as a result of any listing tier.

Visitors independently select and contact providers directly using the phone number, email address, or website the provider has published.

Providers independently evaluate prospective residents and make their own admissions decisions.

Do not scrape the directory, submit false or misleading listings, impersonate a provider or organization, or interfere with the operation or security of the service.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, and features may be changed or improved over time. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be reflected in the provider dashboard.

The directory is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, licensed, or suitable for a particular person.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the directory.
