Provider terms

Residential Care Network is a self-service directory where residential-care providers publish and manage their own business listings. Visitors independently browse listings, use objective search filters, and contact providers directly.

The platform is not a care provider, placement agency, broker, or referral service, and it does not match visitors to homes or recommend any specific home.

Content on the platform is informational. It is not care, medical, legal, financial, or placement advice. Visitors should independently evaluate each home and verify licensing, services, and pricing directly with the provider and with the relevant state agency.

A provider voluntarily creates and manages its own listing and certifies that it is authorized to represent the home.

The provider is responsible for everything it submits: descriptions, public phone number, email, website, photos, services, amenities, payment information, availability, rates, licensing details, and any care-related claims.

The provider must hold the rights to any content and images it uploads. Any image that identifies a resident requires proper authorization from that resident or their representative before it is uploaded.

The provider must keep its public contact information and availability current.

The provider agrees not to upload resident medical records or other highly sensitive personal information to the directory.

Listings and posts may be reviewed before or after publication and may be rejected, suspended, archived, or removed if they are inaccurate, misleading, unsupported, unsafe, duplicative, infringing, unlawful, or against policy.

Moderation is a content-quality safeguard, not an independent guarantee that every claim in a listing is accurate. Providers remain responsible for the accuracy of what they publish.

Material changes to a listing may return it to review while the previously published version remains visible.

Basic Directory Listing is free and includes a published profile, up to 5 photos, and up to 2 posts per calendar month.

Professional Listing is an optional paid subscription priced at $79 per home per month. It increases the photo allowance to 25, removes the post limit, expands the profile presentation, and provides anonymous analytics.

Professional membership never affects organic ranking, verification, approval, or recommendation of a listing.

Vacancy Spotlight and Sponsored Placement are separate advertising products planned for later. Sponsored Placement, when available, will be clearly labeled 'Sponsored — Paid Placement,' limited in inventory, and rotated fairly among participating providers.

All fees purchase directory publication, software tools, and advertising services. Fees are fixed and are not contingent on referrals, contacts, tours, admissions, rent, or move-ins.

The platform does not guarantee any level of traffic, calls, occupancy, or revenue as a result of any listing tier or advertising product.

Visitors independently select and contact providers directly using the phone number, email address, or website the provider has published.

Providers independently evaluate prospective residents and make their own admissions decisions. The platform plays no role in that evaluation.

Verification, when performed, is completed separately from any payment and is not for sale.

Any sponsored advertising is separately and clearly labeled as paid placement.

Cancelling a Professional Listing returns the listing to Basic at the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not remove the Basic listing.

A provider may separately request that its listing be deactivated at any time.

Do not scrape the directory, submit false or misleading listings, or impersonate a provider or organization.

The directory is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, licensed, or suitable for a particular person.

Final disclaimer and liability language will be prepared with counsel before launch.
